Very glitchy after last update- can’t add pop mates anymore. Update: 2 weeks later and still no ability to add pop mates. Second update: still no pop mates, and no access to game settings to respond to developer. Please fix .
EDIT: most recent update now won’t even launch the game- says it is not available in my country anymore.

If you can’t update because it says it’s not available in your region, go to the App Store, click on today in bottom left, click on your blue profile button in top right corner, scroll down til you see pop town, then click on pop town (not the open button) it should take you to the game page and say update
Also I love this game and have recommended it to many friends and family members. After the last biggest update, there were of course some glitches and bugs but I imagine they will get fixed soon. Such a cute game. I have never been able to play a match three game this long.

Not sure if it’s a glitch or not but when launching the app, im getting an update notification. I go to update it and getting a not available in my region or country. I’m in the us

I tried to open the game last night and it popped up I needed an update. Clicked to update and when it comes to the App Store I get a pop up saying the app isn’t available in my country. I’m in the USA and have been playing the game since it was released. But it did completely reset my game a week or so ago which was frustrating having to start all over. Love the game and would love to be able to continue playing.

Ever since the first major update that wiped my friends list, I haven’t been able to add new ones. I have a request but I’m unable to click accept. I can’t request PopMates because when I do, the screen freeze. I thought this most recent update would fix that. Nope, it did not

I loved this game I was playing and really enjoying it. Since I did the last update the app won’t open. It keeps telling me that I need to update and when I push the update button on the app and it then takes me to the App Store and tells me not available in my region. What is going on??? Please fix it!!

The game is awesome 🤩, but I updated it then it made me restart again! 😡 and I was working in Aladdin and I was almost done, and it said update and I did it and guess what, it made me restart after all that hard work 😓 like what the heck, like that’s so annoying and frustrating, please make go back to Aladdin to finish, same level, and everything!!!!!!!!!!!! I love ❤️ the though, but 1 more thing, fix it!!!!

After this game updated I have to restart all over again you don’t have Facebook sign in again it’s only google and apple

Every since the new update I have lost all my popmates and i don’t have the ability to add new ones. Fix your game Disney
