Neither past nor future exists, but only the present moment is real. And that means there is nothing to fear. We are always safe.
    Meditation is a word which point us to way back to the happiness in calmness. Meditation is a practice to do nothing but pure perception of reality.
    We are group of people. Today we are more than 2000 persons who meditate together. The only one thing we are looking for is a happiness inside of everyone of us.
