The room was supposed to have a coffee maker, none There was a big hole and crack in the bathtub, the toilet sounded like it was going to fall apart, there was no remote for the tv set. Only one set of towels, bathroom floor was dirty. I don’t recommend this Motel. I would’ve given it as zero star rating if I could’ve. We left to find another place. We didn’t feel safe there. Now we will be lucky to get a refund.
PS. The cleaners were men who every time they walked by would stare into the room. Very uncomfortable feeling.

Currently unable to book 2 hotel rooms at once , system automatically defaults to 1 room , customer service unable to help, their resolution is to cancel and rebook , but still unable to book .

I have been trying to book this flight for 3 hours. The app shut off and I had to start over so many times I lost count. I still can’t see the trip I booked for the price quoted.

I spent over an hour carefully crafting a trip for my family of four, a package. As I was entering my card information the trip vanished. Customer service said the pricing must have “updated” while I was completing my booking and so the entire trip is gone. Vanished. They said I would have to create an entirely new package at whatever prices are in the system now. Complete waste of time and now I have to begin completely again as the price has gone up by over 25%! No offer was made to remedy the situation in spite of a lengthy conversation via their messenger function with a representative. I was congenial, I didn’t get upset with the agent. He doesn’t make the rules or have any desire to rip me off.

Now stop asking for a review.
