Can find any custom item I like for parties and more

I don’t understand why my shipping cost was calculated at $14.99 when I clearly chose the 3.99 option! There was nothing I could do to change the order! I got over charged by Etsy!

I am a dedicated etsy shopper. as much as I enjoy etsy as a platform for supporting artists, and the simple, easy to use UI…. the latest update ruins such a basic feature that I can only express my disappointment and frustration.
the “favorites” category of the app is no longer useable. It used to be very easy to find my favorited shops and items. I am now unable to access my collections unless they are “recommended” to me. the collections that I am able to access, I can no longer search for items within. this is particularly frustrating for me, as I have MANY items in my “favorites” collection. I now cannot find items I’ve favorited in the past without scrolling the entire list. why remove such a basic search function for a shopping app?
I’d rather see the items and shops I’ve already favorited when I go to the “favorites” tab, than items that are recommended to me by an algorithm.
please, fix this.

Unbelievably, impossibly incompetent, disinterested, insulting, ridiculous customer support. A disservice to sellers and buyers alike. I'd close my account except their control to do that doesn't work.
