This app have problem didn’t scan face

I can’t download/save documents anymore like old versions. It was very useful.

Can u help me regarding on my concern because I been trying to registered my uae pass, creating account but the thing is ones I put my details I cannot confirm anymore although it’s shows my details thank you

I raised an issue on requesting a document. Wether its technical or 3rd party issue, the way the handled the situation is not professional. They respond to my email only once a day, their call center told change password and delete the app to try to make it work and it didn't.
I felt that I’m begging for their service not vice versa. I hope they learn from AD Police app and interior minister service.
Very very disappointing
