I have a paid subscription but I still get advertisements and frequent pop ups “go ad free”. It is quite annoying. Then what’s the purpose of paying for the subscription? Fix the glitches in the app at the soonest.

TOI plus app is pretty useless paid app. Even after being paid subscriber it hides stories and asks me to take paid subscription.

After the latest update the app has stopped refreshing. Please make it correct.

Terrible experience , i regret downloading TOI application, only to realise they have only paid contents

The app asks you to keep paying for subscription even when earlier isn't expired. There is no customer service reach option in the app. Be careful before you subscribe

firstly even after being a paid subscriber the app logs me out every couple of days. relogin is not easy as the server never seems to find out the user credentials on its own.
secondly the e paper is big farce. you cannot zoom in properly and beware of whre you click by mistake. once you read a story its not possible to go back to the list of stories in digital aper mode.
not something which we expect after paying lumpsum for a year.
we expect seamless experience which is not currently possible.

I had purchased TOI+ subscription and every time I read the epaper in digital mode, it asks me to login(even though I am logged in) and the login button never works. Looks like the TOI+ subscription is a scam. I also never received the TimesPrime subscription. I emailed TOI and the said they will look into it and never replied. Absolute scammers.

The user interface for this app is really bad. Very little news and a lot of ads best describes TOI (including the toi plus ads). The worst part of these ads is that they are full volume video ads which suddenly start playing, putting the viewer in an embarrassing position.
Along with this, the app is extremely agenda driven. They will show you half baked facts and present evidence only from one side.
The icing on the cake is the fact that the TOI team doesnt know how to spell. Most of their articles are laden with grammatical and spelling errors.
