Every time I open this app it asks me if I want to receive marketing. I say no. It asks again. I say no. And so on. Surely, if someone says no over 20 times they don’t want the marketing and you should stop asking? What do you have to gain at this point.

Why would you open your data for a giant company like coke / costa etc Do you not have privacy of your own data that you so addicted to a coffee that’s a drug? If it’s a discount or saving scheme why share your data and access personal information in your phone to collect data and sell it other people and companies Grow Up get some respect for your own privacy, do not use

Please put iced americano in the app to order! I always preorder in the mornings and can’t get my fave drink. Pretty please!

Good place to take a coffee

App is great apart from not being able to link gift cards to it, would be so much easier - the amount of times I’ve come close to losing my gift card out of my pocket is unreal.

The order did not go through. This meant I had a long wait for the order. As this was for work during a break in a meeting it failed completely
I won’t use the online service again.

I only downloaded the app because I needed to know the prices of certain items for a university project and they annoyingly weren’t posted on the online menu
After downloading i found that it was an irritating app that constantly seemed like it was trying to get me to stop using it

The emplyes in Catfoard are very nice and i enjoy the rewards from costa , it s just comparative with other coffe subscription they are a bit more expensive.

Rewards now expire after 3 months instead of a year, pretty scummy
