Old app was much better and allowed for more customization of pizza than new app. Bring back the old!

Terrible app, hard to use and ugly.

Very tacky new system with a ton of glitches and no support

I’ve spent way too much money here. Just overall great pizza and service. Just a tip : don’t get a basic pizza, try something new here, its so good is because of all the extra options.

I couldn’t even get the app to log in. First it wanted me to authorize them to access all of my credit card’s transaction history, and then it wanted me to create a new account with them, but it failed because there was already one for my phone number. It also asked to track my location even when the app is closed. Why would they need to do that? It asked twice, even though I granted for just while the app was open.
No options to log in with an existing account. Just those two screens. Pretty dodgy experience, if you ask me. Deleted the app.

My partner and I love &pizza but ever since this latest update we’ve had nothing but trouble. My partner’s app on his phone won’t work, but it will work on mine. We’ve had trouble logging in to our accounts to access our rewards and the experience has not been great.
