Please make discount for minimum balance every month not possible to pay 105 aed

Everything is good the only thing is they change the monthly charge higher without even notice

I send money to my family internationally unfortunately I mistakenly misspelled the name of my beneficiary. Now I tried to chat with the AI and ask how to cancel my transfer as told me to click on the recall or amend button but I canto find it in my mobile app. Can anyone help me with this?

Option for installment is missing
Viewing of SOA is missing
Not convenient need to call bank for request
