They will charge $50 plus and then never send it to you! It’s a scam

Purchased a ticket for an event but the night before the event I went to add it to my apple wallet but my heart sank when i discovered that the ticket wasn’t in my tickets section or in my order history. To make matters worse they didn’t even refund it, they just took my money and ran. This is a disgusting practice and the company should be shutdown for scamming customers.

Can’t open tickets at all, system doesn’t even recognise shared tickets. This must be the single worst ticketing experience on the planet

Infinite wait times even if your on the second of release, get it together….

I can’t login or reset password. Ticketek has no support number. Hopeless.

We need government intervention to fix issues with bot ticket purchases and resellers.
