I am a regular customer in India as well as in UAE.I contacted few times with customer care executive through Amazon app.but these great people blocked me .Great ..

One of the app’s main issue is settings. I want to switch to another country, we have to click on place where no one would imagine. It should be in settings menu. EN and flag of India are botched together when ‘EN’ is not needed.
No dark mode yet. Its basic functionality now.

Cash On Dilevery option is not valid for any item

Doesn’t allows to open things in other tabs like online site and shows sponsored products over the searched ones.

Received damage product and now of 9000 rs. And now no one is coming to return pickup the product, worst service.

I can see Amazon is losing honesty day by day. If you place a prepaid order and later you change your mind and try to cancel, they don’t cancel it. The delivery boy comes to deliver your article and if you refuse to accept, he takes back the item making the status “Delivered”. If you complain about this, Amazon doesn’t take any action. So be careful to place prepaid orders.

Please make your app completely compatible with ipad. There are many purchase options or items that are supported on tablet especially the Amazon fresh orders could not be placed or displayed.

Please fix this bug. As Im trying to pay with my iphone or ipad with amazon icici credit cards it’s opening blank white screen only also checked in safari.But in ipad in chorme it’s working .
