This app worked great up til a few days ago. Waiting for tech support to fix a bug issue that when you click on a story to read the app shuts out. I’ve had this app for a year or a little over a year and this is the first time I had any issues with it

Can you please tell me why the app is shutting off when I try to pick the story to read? Help me please! I don’t want to miss my stories!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was a recent update and ever since that update every time I click on the story I’m reading the app closes out on me immediately.

I love this app so much I’ve been using it for years but idk what happened everytime I try to read a new book or any book it force closes the app instead of opening to pages..
Any tips on how to fix it? I already tried deleting and reinstalling that didn’t work.

The app worked fine yesterday. Then it was updated. Now it crashes every time I try to open a book, and I’ve tried several different books, including some I’ve never opened before. I went to the troubleshooting page on the website and tried ALL of the suggestions EXACTLY as they were written out. Still crashes. I’m a subscriber, so I’m a little annoyed that I was just billed today for an app I cannot use.

Since the update yesterday, I cannot read anything. I click on something to read and the app crashes/closes. VERY frustrating!

Honestly I like this app and have found two stories that I really like! But after the update today I can’t even open a story without the app crashing and closing on me 😭

Loved this app but now it has a glitches

This is ridiculous. I just downloaded this app and I am not even able to read anything that doesn’t make any sense every single time I try to click on the book it exit out.

I am unable to open any of the books I have been reading with this last update
Please correct the problem or I will need to seek another app
