New update is terrible

Updated app as I was forced to do. Completed shut me out of my frame unless I do as it demands and give them access to all of my photos.

What a great company

Lost my remote in move and couldn’t change the internet without it. Contacted customer service and Martin helped me out! I wanted to “purchase” a new remote and after I gave him my serial number, name and address it arrived in my mail box free of charge! Very generous and I thank God for a company that extends grace!! Thank you!!

Nice but settings don’t all save

Best gift ever!

Purchased one for a gift and one for my home. Set the gift up and loaded w pics before we gave it! She loved it! We love ours. Easy to send new pics from our phone. We all love this. Would gift this again! Great customer service as well!

Remote replacement

I needed to replace a lost remote for my frame. Chatted with Martin and I received a new one. Very happy with Nixplay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I got my Nixplay frame several years ago for Mother’s Day, and I love it. I can send photos of my grandchildren to it, and I can save pictures from Facebook that someone else posts of them and also send those to the frame. I have never had any issues with it until my daughter-in-law got a new phone and the pictures she took would not load the way the previous ones did. I contacted customer support and they told me how to do it and now it works great!! If you are looking for a digital frame I would highly recommend Nixplay, you won’t be disappointed, and if you have any questions or problems rest assured that their technical support team will be glad to assist you with whatever you need.

Joe helped us get our 2 frames reconnected! He was very patient and knowledgeable about the issue.
I love the Nixplay frame so much that I bought a 2nd one to have in our bedroom!! I tried a different brand before Nixplay and it was not nearly as good of picture and ease of use. I cannot recommend this company enough!!!

Lost Remote

I lost the remote to my frame. I emailed customer support and spoke with Par. He resolved my issue in a professional and timely manner. In addition, I received a follow up email to make sure I had received the replacement. I have four of these frames and send pictures across the country.
