For the most part it's not that challenging. Nevertheless it's good training. Some words just didn't occur until you use the hints.

I bought the app so we don't get to see the ads but after i got a new phone, I cannot recover my old account and constantly get the message to update the app

I can understand needing ads, you deserve rewards for the game, but make the ads work! Don't make the ad more taxing on the system than the game! If I X out, close the ad don't try to install it! Also I'm stuck on an ad and can't get back! Ive closed the app twice and it keeps returning to the ad it cant process. Uninstalling next.

Changed to a new device and now the app keeps force closing. Already tried to uninstall and install several times, so frustrating. I dont want to lose all my progress.

Like the game but the Ads are waaaaay more then my other Apps. Its overwhelming.

I recently upgraded my phone like so many other users and lost everything. I reached out to Support two times and have yet to hear anything. I enjoyed playing this game but don't really want to start all over. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing.
