cannot connect, followed the instructions and did all the necessary things. took me 5 hrs to connect the camera. after i got it connected the camera always goes offline eventhough internet signal is strong

Not a whole lot of options. Video storage is either cloud or SD card but not both. Oh, and then there's the website, disabled for Firefox on Linux.

MyDLink water sensors and extra pods do exactly what we expected them to do. We had a few events (1 small leak and water inadvertently dropped near a sensor), and the alarm promptly sounded in the apartment. The notification was a little slow to be delivered but was useful nonetheless. Of course, this system does not turn off the main valve, but it alerts us of a problem. For under 200$ to protect our whole apartment, we are very satisfied. The Auto Shut-Off System would have cost a lot more.

Not working. Cannot connect to device. Started acting up after making payment for subscription.

This app is not intuitive at all. It takes several "clicks"/gestures to get to the point where I can change the schedule on my smart outlet. I should be able get there in 2 or 3 gestures and start modifying my schedule. Instead I have to spelunk for 2 to 3 minutes to find what I need. Once I'm there it's confusing again figuring out the sliders on the calendar. The device itself works great once I finally get the schedule set.

I can not login. It keeps saying paswoord or email incorrect. Made a new accound and still same problems. Problem does not go away
