It keeps disconnecting on its own accord. It won't stay connected for more than half an hour, It's getting worse it just disconnected after 15 minutes. What makes things worse is that I have been using cyberghost for 10 years. I have had enough, it's becoming a liability because it's unstable. No response from feedback or emails. I'm cancelling my subscription 😞. It was good while it lasted.

Takes FOREVER to open the app and get a connection. The loading time is absolutely ridiculous. I contacted support and all they could advise me was, "uninstall and reinstall the app". I did that, and it worked fine for a few hours, then back to being horrendous. So I guess the solution is to reinstall the app 4 times a day.

It's a real bummer. This might be the perfect fit for me but unfortunately I'll never know because there's no free trial. It even asks you would you like to try it for 24 hours. I said YES I DO. that link only led me to an enter your payment page.

CyberGhost worked well for me at first. On the windows version, I started getting "always on top" ads. They would interrupt anything I was doing and make me interact with the ad before I could do anything else. This is with a 2 year pre-paid subscription. I contacted support and told them I didn't want ads. They said they can't remove them, so I requested a refund on unused time (I was only 4 months into my subscription). They refused a partial refund and cancelled my account. Not happy.
