I don’t know why anything Nigeria is always marred by incompetency. Can’t get my vNIN because no enterprise is displayed. And it doesn’t even respond to search results cos the moment you type any letter, it will say not found. Work on this bug, or pull the plug on this app.

My friend literally told me about this App and i told him there’s no way Nigeria has a “Free” functioning app from the government without issues and guess what? You guys didn’t disappoint as usual.. Kudos!! 👏🏾😆💔

I’ve been trying g to log into the app for several days now, but it keeps on saying “SMS API Gatwaway unreachable”.
Please can this be rectified asap
