I signed up for this site, and found the selection around me to be very lacking, as well as the app itself being buggy and unresponsive. I requested a refund within 24 hours of purchase, and was told that although they advertise a 3 day refund policy, it didn’t apply to me, as I don’t live in one of the few states where this rule applied. They want me to pay 300 dollars for NOTHING. They are the worst kind of frauds. Do not support them.

You have to pay for the ability to message others, and you don't know if they've paid or not, so you could be instead trying to lure them into the scam.
The matches are garbage. Tinder found me better matches more compatible with my interests, so that says something.
Maybe their name used to mean something, but now it is a gigantic con.

Run!! Don’t sign up with this app. They will promise anything from “you can cancel anytime” to “authentic profiles.” All lies. If you do sign up, please note you’ll be trapped into a subscription they force into 6, 12, or 24 months and you will have to pay them in advance installments before you actually can see what’s out there. You cannot get out of the subscriptions if you are unsatisfied with the service.

The app uses a third party to handle all issues. They will scam you out of money and you will never get anywhere with customer service. I emailed them to cancel everything I wanted out, only to find out they kept charging me for months. 0/10 on customer service.

Decided to start dating 2.5 years after my husbands death. This is actually the 3rd app I used. Everythime I go on to look I see the same profiles I have been seeing since day one. Any added (maybe 1 or 2) do not follow the guidelines I had set - Mostly smoking as I am allergic but most are smokers or occasional smokers-doesn’t matter I don’t want them in my picks. Also of all the ones I talked to most say “goodbye” not worth the money I paid. Perhaps this app is better for young people but not for those over 60

Do not pay for it. The pool is soooo small. It is not worth $500. Don't be enticed.

So I signed up for a Premium membership and maybe 1 out of 10 profiles have a picture! And most of those just 1 picture! I am not going to waste my time on any profile that won't even bother to show their face.
So after I removed all of the profiles without pics there is nobody left in my feed!
I live in Los Angeles and my preferences are set up for a pretty wide range but how is it my feed can be empty? It's not like removed 100s of profiles.
One of the most depressing experiences I have had.

You fill out questions and you can't even see anybody's face unless you pay over $200. And they don't even match you with people close by or if you only want white males. They are over 3,000 reviews on consumer affairs of being scammed by this app. This company should be reported to the FTC. There are also over 2,000 complaints on the better business bureau in the last 3 years. And over 600 complaints just this year! Do yourself a favor don't bother.

I was able to send one single message until it told me that I couldn’t send unlimited messages without premium. I’m not paying an arm and a leg just to be on a dating app. Absolute ROBBERY.

So I wont frag it out… you can do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING if you don't buy a minimum of 6 months. Cant buy a month or a week like other apps if you wanted to but at least on those apps you can at least see a picture. So unless you want to dish out $169(and thats the cheapest).
