I want to buy wanted to buy pro era but I have to use a pen I do not have it and I really want to get pro era so bad and I am starting to get mad and I wished that you can tap on the pay meant and it will download on my head set.

Casting is good the store isn’t confusing at all. And the only problem is the when you take a video on you vr it won’t pop up so all of you guys stop your yapping the app is just perfect if not it’s good.

It never lets me save a photo to my phone from off of the Meta quest two it always have a hard time syncing it to my phone and I get frustrated

There is literally no code on my quest that the app “supposedly” sent to it. Like I can’t see a code anywhere and there is literally nothing in the costumer service area that helps with this issue.

So when I deleted the all just for a month or two and redownloaded it and tried logging into my vr account it said the email wasn’t connected to any account when I remember specifically it was. I don’t know why it’s saying that because when I use my vr it says I have an account. Please I just wanna get back in on my account on my phone so if there’s maybe a way you can help

Meta Quest suspended my child's account after we attempted to correct a birthdate. I’ve gone back and forth with Meta Quest customer support for months, with little help and no resolution. They basically send variations of the same unhelpful generic AI response over and over again. Absolutely the worst support I have ever experienced.
