I’ve been using bolt for close to 3 years now and the only problem I have is that the app will suggest a route for the driver to take and quote a certain amount. Then drivers decide to take the longer route which increases the price I have to pay. Sometimes I really don’t have R14 extra because the driver took the incorrect route. Please fix this

This app is a trash, the driver can move a minute without picking up and end the ride, they still charge you. Even if the driver gets lost and cancel they charge you a cancellation fee👎👎👎👎

I’ve trying to log in to app but it keeps kicking me out , what is happening ?

Bolt has made it a point to charge me for rides that don’t show up
last night I booked a ride with the last money I had and not only did the support team keep me waiting but no assistance was given as well as the money that was taken was not returned
This is the second time they have risked and compromised my safety
As a black woman in this country our lives as at risk each and everyday to have a service that does not care about your safety and that breaks your trust and takes your money then gives you the time around

The drivers assume we don’t know what promo is , everytime we request on the way we are being told different prices I don’t know why

I’m pleased with how the driver picked me up and taking me to where I want to go in time

My wife got jacked by Bolt driver; and when we raise a complaint they don’t entertain the matter; the drivers are always protected and any bad encounter is shielded to protect the image of the company ; use at own discretion

This people stole from me each time I made an online payment!!
They charge you right after the driver left, you will see that they made a double withdrawal from your account!!
Do not add your card !!!

I recently had an accident while using the app, driver seemed to have been intoxicated. Reported the matter to bolt and got a generic template response. Furthermore, I recently reported that the driver, in one of recent trips, did not match the driver on the app. We nearly collided with 3 other vehicles! I got a generic response that their investigations reveal that the driver in the car matches the driver in the app. Serious😳? What investigations? Did you email the driver and ask them and they politely confirmed it was them? There is no way to do any investigations because unlike Uber, Bolt doesn’t require drivers to sign in and continue taking facial recognition pictures. Let’s admit it, Bolt is unsafe and a risk to life of passengers. Look out for another generic template response to this review😂🤦🏽
