I have been using this app since 2015. I loved it! Recently, I needed to pull up some of my recordings which as of a year ago I was able to. It now says they are no longer accessible or they pull up and it shows no minutes recorded when I have listened before. I have emailed 6 times for support and no one replies. I counted on this for critical information. Very disappointed and frustrated!!!

I need a recorder that uses my current number, not a new number.

Most people who want/need a phone call recording app have a good reason for it. I recorded some calls back on 2020 when I was laid off due to the pandemic… I thought I might need some proof of something for legal reasons and have paid for this service ever since then, even when they jacked up the price. Now that I’m going through a divorce in a state with one party consent law, I needed this app to record a call that would have helped me protect my children. Long story short, the call never showed up in my list where all the other calls I’d recorded are. Customer service takes days to respond and has made it impossible to get my hour and 45 minute call I PAID THEM TO RECORD. TapeACall doesn’t realize they are working for their customers. No sir, they gladly have taken my money for years and when I really needed them to do their job, all I get is hassle. If they’ve failed to deliver your recordings, figure out how to request a refund and do it! Don’t let this app damage your future, too!!! Put them on blast and certainly do your research on how things have been going since bending spoons purchased this app. Criminals!!

I kept TapeACall for 8 years to keep some phone calls I recorded before my mother died so I can hear her voice. And one day I could no longer access them. I contacted support twice with no response very unhappy.. zero professionalism to not even receive a response. Avoid this company.
