First of all, why would I PAY for an email app? Secondly, the Yahoo email app doesn’t have shortcuts on the sidebar to look at trash, spam, sent messages, etc. You have to upgrade to get anything real working on this app. It’s easier just to login on a browser. I always end up deleting this app right after I download it because it’s pretty much useless.

The app was just fine until the last update now every time you delete a email it crashes and you have to reopen the app!! Very annoying, “so fix it Yahoo.” Seems like every time we get a update it fixes one problem but causes another.

I had Cox, which is now Yahoo. No choice on my part. The email site is cluttered and the ads are non-stop. Although I will keep yahoo so I don’t miss emails that are still linked to my cox email address, I’m changing to gmail.

Whatever you did with this recent update…it doesn’t work.

I thought it was just me, but it constantly freezes on my phone. I have to force close the app and reopen multiple times to get through my emails. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling without help. I’m over this new update. It’s not convenient to have my emails categorized for me. If I wanted them filtered to somewhere when they came in I would have done it myself. PUT IT BACK!!

Im having lots of problens

PLEASE change back the haptic-touch (hard-press) to select a message. I dont need it to pop up the options to delete/view all/mark as spam

I’ve had the same email address for almost 19 years, now all of a sudden my sons School can only receive and send certain emails to me… we will send a couple emails back-and-forth and then all of a sudden it’ll come back and say that my email address is blocked on their end …and I can’t chat with Yahoo about it because they say you have to pay for premium to get an agent to call!! it’s ridiculous!
