I ordered a package from Wednesday and they said we will get in on Friday but their lied and said we weren’t home but I’ve been home all day for the past 3 days so they said I need to call but I called them and gave an excuse.

Best Buy truly is the best buy out there. The prices are lowest, the staff knows their products and is friendly and the app makes it easy to order and even apply any award certificates. Then you have fast curbside pickup to boot. Love it all.

Best Buy app is very easy to use. I love being enrolled in total tech. Love everything thing about this store. Never once have I had a bad shopping experience

I have a new email, but the app will not allow me to change it. It keeps asking for me to verify my old address, but since I no longer have access to that account, I can’t do that. Vicious loop with no clear path to a fix.
Very frustrating!

They don’t sell movies anymore and about to stop video games. I don’t even go to the store anymore cause of this reason.
If they’re going to increase their stock, they should make every store like magnolia.
They don’t even have good computer parts anymore.
The online store will also auto cancel your preorders, making you do a 3-5 hour call with customer service, for they have no clue what their doing, like at all.
Last time I called, they ran me in circles to about 5 different departments, each saying to go to a different apartment.

basically only use the app to pay my credit card and browse items. its impossible to buy things through the app since it always loads to a white screen once you press check out. tried to bring it up to support but no help. it can’t be a wifi issues as ive tried in multiple places but it still never works.
