This game is cheating it won’t add up my reviews or likes right and I keep failing the same level when I know I passed it 4 times already it keeps taking my lives 🤦🏽‍♀️ it’s fun to play tho…

Made a purchase but didn’t receive reward

I made a purchase to earn the purple crystals but never received the crystals. This is cheating and need to be reimbursed or receive the credit as part of the agreement

An okay substitute for the old Hotel Craze

Apparently Hotel Craze is a creepy dermatology game now…? So this one is VERY similar to the hotel game I used to love. If you liked that one, this is an okay substitute.
Some differences:
* Harder to get gems for upgrades; feels like a lot more pressure to make in-app purchases.
* Too often they run “streak” events, where there’s pressure not to lose your win streak.
* My BIG beef with this one is that the maximum number of actions you can “program” for the bellhop (Ted?) is 4. You could go up to 9 in the old version — and sometimes you need 6 just to do a normal grab 2 items/prep 2 items/deliver 2 items run.
* You also can’t cancel the actions once you set them. So if you’re making food somewhere and have already set Ted to deliver it, but another order comes in, you can’t cancel to add the other order and deliver them both efficiently.
* If you tap the people Monica needs to help after they check in/out, but you tap too many times, she’ll take a pause for each no-person-tap, even if no one’s there, rather than any surplus taps automatically cancelling.
So, it’s a little frustrating, but overall, I’m happy to be playing a little hotel game again.

Addicting, Awesome Game

Good game but does not give all rewards

This game is entertaining and challenging. Picture quality is great and does not glitch often. Down side is you receive different rewards than pictures often and mostly involves receiving money/ coins. That can be frustrating when you’ve reached a level and don’t receive what you expect.
