I have had this app for three years and loved it. Then I open it today, and before the app even loads it demands that I set a PIN code. Now, to watch shows that have never caused me a 39 year old woman any issue require a PIN code PER EPISODE—this is absolutely ridiculous. I should have the OPTION to set restrictions on MY own devices in MY own home.
I am so frustrated that I am seriously considering canceling my subscription.

I really enjoy watching Asian TV dramas — at least the romantic ones. Unlike American shows that leave nothing to the imagination and are too graphic in violence and sex, these shows leave a lot to the imagination. I appreciate the English subtitles are now added to the dramas timely. I also appreciate the reasonable price to subscribe to Viki, ad-free.

the app itself is good and the shows/movies are high quality, but every time there’s an advertisement, it freezes and it’s not easy to unpause the advertisement which basically glitches the entire video and makes it not able to watch

It's the most annoying app you'll ever find. You can find pretty much everything on here on other apps. They added the annoying feature where you enter a pin to watch rated R content. No other platform does this. There's no option to turn it off. You're better off elsewhere

Love the app and shows available but everytime there’s an ad the screen goes black and starts loading then sometimes it even resets the show to the beginning.

I love Rakuten Viki it’s the best place to watch K~Drama, I normally don’t like reading subtitles, but I don’t mind now.

I must tell you that I am from the US and I happen to watch Meteor Gardens on Netflix
But was having trouble watching the series do to connection issues and so many commercials. So I started looking for another way to watch that series and I came across your APP. I must say that it has opened a whole new world for me to be able to watch so many different international shows. Now I almost always watch VIKI because there are so shows to watch. I do enjoy all the information that is available to the users on the App about the show the cast and comment from other members to help you choose watch to watch next.
Now that you are having shows that are just for VIKI and we get a new episode few couple days is so great. I look forward to watching the next episode. Thank you for sharing all of these wonderful shows with us.
