The App allows you to follow Operation Transformation food and fitness plan. Based on the TV series where five people volunteer to go on an eight-week Food and Fitness Plan set by the show experts. These five people are called Leaders. You choose the leader most like you and follow their plan. - The App gives you access to the leader's daily Food and Fitness plan. - It shows you how to cook the daily meals on the Food Plan. - There is a vegetarian option, select when signing into the app the first time. - You will have access to the weekly shopping list. - The Fitness videos show you how to do your daily workout with the OT Fitness Expert. - Track your steps. - Track of your daily calorie intake. -Track your weight. The food and exercise diary will help keep you on the journey to a fitter and healthier you!
