    With all the stressors of the world in your life today, we wanted to make sure this next release was really something magical for your wellness journey. This new release is jam-packed with updates, so make sure to try them out and tell us what you think. We can all use a positivity boost right now, so on the home screen, you now have a “Daily Affirmation” to listen to and repeat every day. This is our favorite way to start the day. And many of you are loving the “Sleep Wind-Down” to help you relax at night, now with a major infusion of peace. We partnered with our friends at Myndstream music to create these relaxing sounds to help you drift off to sleep, and you can find them at the end of the “Sleep Wind-Down” which starts after 7PM, your local time.
