Used to be perfect in its simplicity. Then they added a bunch of new features that did👏not👏work👏. Even the ones that worked just overcomplicated everything.
They said they were aware of the issues and fixing things, but nope. Even simple functions like ‘undo’ don’t work reliably anymore.
I wish they would just revert to the classic version.

Intuitive user interface actually makes staying organized and on track easier. I do most everything in Clear now. Note taking is easy with a “bullet point” sort of format and it is THE solution for to do lists. The ability to eliminate a note when you’re done, or to keep it on the list, lined out is priceless. It’s kind of my planner, my note book, my to do list…etc. Definitely my most used app.

bought the app when it first came out. disappointed when it was abandoned .. but now I’m addicted to buying icons and themes. prob spent $30+ already.. but I’ll say if you had made this a sub-based app I prob, definitely, would’ve deleted it.. sadly. I think you’re onto something here with the daily shop.. new icons, themes, fonts, etc. I love supporting this.. and it’s beyond refreshing to see app developers taking a different approach to earning income to keep their project going. I promise you as a loyal (since day one) user and fan of Clear, if you keep doing what you’re doing .. it will keep working, I’ll buy a new icon every day (I’m at 82% in the purchasing reward) .. and seriously hoping other app developers take a cue. I will support a dev who consistently works on their app. Setting up a monthly / yearly sub is the wrong approach in my opinion. The Clear team is showing the way

Right when I downloaded this, there was arrows on the bottom to go back and fourth between my lists and personalizing. Within two minutes I was stuck on my list page and there’s no option to go back to the personalization. It’s just stuck there no matter what you do swipe tap nothing and I’m not just clueless it’s clearly not functioning properly. Super upsetting because I thought this app was perfect but now it’s useless unless I want the theme that’s already set, which I don’t.

If you believe that simplicity is the key, you cant give this app a pass. I would not use any other list and notetaking app again as long as this one exists. Thanks for the creators. You just made the world better and restored my faith in humanity again. 👌

I haven’t figured out if I can duplicate a checklist once I’ve edited it for myself, so I can then use it as a template. That would make this app a 5-star.

Even before the new major updates I was still using this app, everyday. The new recent updates just made it ten times better in so many ways. "Clear has risen." =] The way of using this app, its purpose, & features are just too well fit. Really perfect for an iOS device.
This is literally the "only" app in the store I gift/share to friends & family without thinking twice about it.
My "only" downfall is the store price of $2.99 per theme & stuff. I had bought like two already, I would have made several more purchases if they were $1.99 honestly.

I LOVE this app! It is my most used app on my phone. Hands-down. I would be lost without it. The best thing about it is that it is simple to use. I add things to my list and then I swipe them away when I’m done with them. Swiping things off my to do list is the highlight of day. So freaking rewarding! Ah - accomplishment! I can move things up on the list or I move things down and they can be color coded as well. I can make as many lists as I want too! There is even an undelete feature if I accidentally swipe something away that I wasn’t quite done. The app was recently updated and now has cute little rewards for doing things I was already doing. It is the best. Get it. You won’t regret it. And your life (or at least your lists) will be more organized!
