Schematic of mapped floorplan is terrific, when it is available. Very difficult to navigate app whenever an error on the Roomba occurs.

Always getting stuck under things it will not go over my rugs

I can't use it since the last update. Lost my map and can't create a new one. Has issued connecting to the device from time to time as well. Not happy right now!

Latest Update has caused my robots to lose connection and cant get them to reconnect to wifi.

I bought the biggest best rated unit. It struggles to keep up with two large dogs in only 2 room. It often loses its connection, and often doesn't charge. When it's working dependably, I love it, but the hang ups and glitches are annoying especially when I'm needing the job done.

My Roomba has decided that it does not like WiFi 99% of the time. This keeps it from running at all. I have done every troubleshooting step, and nothing has fixed the issue for more than a day. I do NOT recommend their products anymore. It is a useless decoration.

Very slow to load the app each time. I have 5 devices, each floor I pair up a Roomba and a braava, and daily schedule to clean up different rooms or area at home. Roomba frequently runs into issue that need my attention and daily schedule is interrupted. Once interrupted, it can't finish the job that day. I had to manually set the starting time to sometime later in the day so the scheduler can be triggered. Very annoying and inconvenient. Wish there will bea feature to resume or restart schedule

Easy to operate maybe need some extra features.
