From theast few months I am unable to install any plugin. Infact the plugins don't even show up

Why is it that when I open a file from internal storage on an application, it becomes very slow for a few seconds, and this honestly annoys me?

Scrolling is *horrible*. I tried Fast 2X but it's still slower than any other app and it stutters very weirdly.
