Fixes a bug introduced in a previous update that caused the ad remover in-app purchase to not work correctly. After updating, if you have already purchased the ad remover it will automatically be activated when starting the game.

- The position of the left and right controls can now be adjusted from the pause menu.
- Fixed a bug in Fowlst Mode where Fowlst could not exit the boss levels on devices with certain screen sizes.
- Fixed a bug that could occasionally cause Dadish to move to the right while jumping.
- Fixed a big where unpausing the game would make you fall from a vine.
