I've been trying register for a week already, but the code that is necessary to complete the process never arrived. Annoying and frustrating.

The behavior on my Android device is not smooth sometime. It'll be great if it is improved

I completed a couple of runs, and when I went to save it, it discarded it. Nothing saved... and before that when I went to "download" a guided run, it would not load, 20+ minutes past and nothing...

I would say it's the best app for tracking runs. I've been using it for the past three years, and it's been improving with time. Minor issues occur at times with loading runs, but overall it's great. Simple, easy to use...that's the best part. Edit 2.7.22 Been using this app as my go to for tracking daily runs and it's been outstanding. It's got a very simple user interface with clear metrics so tracking your run is easy breezy.

The app is not available on android phones, makes harder to carry on with our programmes after all the effort we put in
