Asurion Trade-in
Sell your old mobile phone (Existing Device) to Asurion Australia Pty Ltd (Asurion) and in return, you could receive credit from Asurion (Asurion Credit). You can then use that Asurion Credit towards payment, in whole or in part, of the purchase price payable by you to a Harvey Norman®, Domayne® or Joyce Mayne® franchisee for a new mobile phone. The Asurion App will estimate how much Asurion Credit you could get for your Existing Device based on its condition.

Check your Eligibility
Check that your Existing Device is eligible for the Asurion trade-in program. The Eligible device list is subject to change.

Complete an Assessment
The Asurion App will complete a series of short tests on your Existing Device to determine how much Asurion Credit you may receive.

Using your Asurion Credit
Once the Asurion App has completed the assessment of your Existing Device, you will receive a unique trade-in ID. Show your unique trade-in ID to your local Harvey Norman®, Domayne® or Joyce Mayne® team member who may apply the Asurion Credit (allocated to the trade-in ID) towards payment, in whole or in part, of the purchase price payable by you for your new mobile phone.

Trade-in IDs can only be used in-store. T&Cs apply.
