How does it work?
This application allows you to block or report any problem related to your Credit or Debit card, request the registration of a clarification and know the status of it, activate your credit cards and see the PIN to sign digitally in stores, locate branches and average service time, in addition to locating the nearest ATMs.

Use BBVA Line in case of:
• Theft or loss of your cards, with delivery to the opening branch if you wish.
• Track the delivery of your card, without having to call the Service Center.
• Activate your credit cards and their additional ones, without going to the ATM.
• Consult the PIN of your credit cards and their additional ones, and sign in different stores digitally.
• High clarification and clarification status.
• Know the status of your card by rejection in shops.
