going downhill notifications aren't working says no internet connection when I try to click on the app please fix it

Used to be a great app, but the more updates and features appearing that you can't customise or turn off. You're forced to have features you don't want or use.

Biometrics for access are currently not working, neither is the option to use your 4 digit pin. States 'something went wrong' for both options. It was working normally until Sunday, 28 April. Only way to access now is password. Very annoying.

Since the latest update the app won't let me register fingerprint login or passcode login. Absolutely draining to sign in the long way watch time. For a company that manages money, they should invest some in a proper app designer.

Fix the contact us in app, that thing does not work. Also, enable the normal calls to go into the service.

The app won't keep me logged in anymore or let me use biometrics. I've uninstalled, and wiped data from phone and started again. I'm seeing it's become a problem for many people. Fix it please Westpac, it very annoying

Good for banking, but it keeps opening new tabs on google while im not even in the app, and trying to get me to download the app on other devices like a virus. I have to unistall the app every time i am finished woth it to stop this from happening when i use my phone. Even when the app has all of the permissions turned off. Very annoying.

Can't login after multiple attempts (stuck on loading screen) and emails me every time I try to login, saying notifications are enabled. Asks to 2nahle biometrics every time as well and doesn't remember preference. Samsung s24 Ultra

Westpac app should look at way for other people convince including a Payment notification and Tap and Go Purchases Notification. The chat always glitches half way through a conversation with a general banker and Customer Service is a Joke when Customer Service told me to close the app on the app. Doesn't seem to close immediately taken 3 days to be closed (Revised)

Keeps opening up 6 8 times in a minute. App needs to be fixed!!!!!
