	Got stuck into a 2 year contract without knowing. I was tricked into thinking I was signing up for a month to month plan by the sales representative. Come to find out, he had sold me a 2 year contract. 	A bit bloated, and you cannot turn off "features" that you do not use (meetings etc). Slow to navigate compared to other phone/messaging apps. Why doesn't blocking/reporting a message delete it, instead there are two more steps to delete, spam texting isn't well handled. 	Lies and tricks to bill you more, sales team and cancelation team both work in unethical ways. Trail is a scam, it comes with a 1 year contact and has heavy cancelation charges. I called them at the end of my 30 days trail and asked to cancel. They offered me a 3 month free extention of trail. when I called again 30 days or so later. They say cancelation can only happen within the first 30 days.
