I cant say enough about Vagaro. I run an aesthetic business, and having the ability to have my clients have forms to fill out right on the site making it so much easier for everyone. Customer service is amazing, and has helped on a few occasions when I was having trouble processing a payment. They were knowledgeable and realy cared about solving my issue. The all in one platform is a godsend. 5 stars from me.

It's convenient most of the time but recently it has been loading extremely slow, won't let me place blocks in my schedule, randomly logs me out, and gives me a hard time when checking out clients. I love the software but lately it has been extremely frustrating and slows down my check out process.

Very nice crm system, it's like having 5 people work for you while you focus on cutting and keeping new clients.

Vagaro has worked well for me for many years and I loved it. But over the last year so many glitches occured that I had to HIRE an assistant just to call Vagaro support to fix them. Clients had problems too. My old clients didn't bother and booked directly through me (intense extra workload) and new clients I lost because something didn't work. Very sad, but NO THANK YOU

So far, I love Vagaro! It's been easy to navigate and is pretty simple and good for all levels!

Love this app! Use this for my small gym for payments and scheduling! Easy to use, but when there have been small issues customer service is top notch!

Vagaro has been a great help in scheduling appointments and notifying clients of appointments. There is also soap notes and a card reader. The best part is i dont necessarily need the card reader to take credit card payments with this app. I am loving it!

I can't get into my account because the password reset links Vagaro is sending are all broken.

It's no better app out there!!
