Controlling and doesn't work properly there are many loopholes to the app on the phone.

I turned off restrictions to my daughters device as she is home for the day. The app restrictions stayed on and all apps were off of her phone. I ended up deleting her off of my list to hopefully resolve the issue but her apps are still restricted and she is no longer on my list as a family member. I emailed customer service immediately and they said it would take 2 business days to get a response. Ridiculous as a customer paying for premium.

Froze the android making it completely non functional. Company was zero help. Don't waste your money

This app messed my phone up. I doesn't let me change all of my settings and it doesn't let me use my built in Google assistant. And it distracts me when I am on my phone. (Edit) This app wants my asessability settings when it already has all of my accessability settings!😡

Jesus take the wheel, please help me deactivate and uninstall this app. It has rendered this phone useless, and does not allow un installation.**Edit** I AM the PARENT. Your app is impossible to remove.

Guys, never install this app. It just interferes with your phone and you can't access permissions unless you enter your email and password. Some people may forget their password. There should be a way to access permissions without a password, like setting up a parent's fingerprint and then using it to open permissions. Absolutely trash. Please improve your app. It's very hard to uninstall. It can even access your PERSONAL DATA/INFORMATION.
