like the game but it won't load on my phone or my tablet!

The app was working perfectly fine the last week when I was playing. However, the loading screen won't let me in the game. It keeps says downloading 4 of 26, and goes to 66% then repeats. I wonder if it's a bug in the game or something on my end.
