My husband loves this app. If it’s not on the app he doesn’t get it. I love it because when I send him to the store I can write exactly what I need and once he puts it in the buggy he clicks the cross it out option. Thus keeps us from arguing about him forgetting something or bringing home the wrong item. Great for our marriage sanity!

Love that we can both add items to a shared list and especially that we can add things via Alexa — so handy.

When my husband used to go out shopping, he’d forget the things he was supposed to buy and buys the things he’d want to buy. This app is made our life so much better. Now he gets what he’s supposed to and occasionally gets the things he wants, but I don’t have to worry about not having what I needed to make a meal.

This app has everything I need. And it’s flexible so I can use it for other tasks such as reminders.

My husband and I have been using this app for years. Prior to this app we used endless pieces of paper to capture what we needed to purchase and every time it was like reinventing the grocery purchasing wheel. And now we have lists for all the items we regularly purchase in multiple stores in one place. And best of all we can share it with whoever we wish. Thank you for helping me with MyGroceries!!

Does one thing well. Remembers all the things I buy and the places I buy them from. I also really like using it to keep track of packing lists for multiple destinations and things that I often forget to pack.
Suggestions for the developer: 1) the categories get unwieldy when you have dozens — there ought to be a way to archive some of them and then recover them when needed.
2) For the recipes, there should be a way of checking off multiple items to buy but not the entire recipe, or designating items in a recipe that are the ones that need to be replenished when the recipe is tapped.
3) Sometimes an item needs to be in one category and sometimes in another category. Particularly when you use categories for priority of shopping as well as location of shopping. I would solve this by allowing a sort based on priority or on multiple variables (first one, then another) and also the ability to change a specific item’s category more easily by dragging and dropping it on the list.

My entire family uses the app to place their requests and I use a location system to logically move me through the store. Excellent app!

It is so convenient. It saves time, money, shopping trips, and keeps me organized. While one of shops, the other can add items to make sure we have everything for the weeks meals. I highly recommend OurGroceries.
