lol Poshmark overall may be a decent company but the seller “Massielecl” who sells through “Mcmbotique” is HORRIBLE. I’m typically not one to complain but she’s rude. Ordered from her and the order was simply not to our liking and it ran small. She takes pride in knowing that you will not receive a refund after the 3days of receiving the item(it was in my mailbox and I was not aware until the 3rd day). She also takes pride in knowing that ONLY the seller can see the negative reviews they receive🙃. Which gives people like her a platform to sell items that they KNOW are not up to par. It’s a rip off. I’ll definitely not purchase from her or poshmark again.

My items always sell & I really like Poshmark but the app layout is so odd & looks outdated. When I try to search a specific persons closet, sometimes it comes up & sometimes it doesn’t. The search feature could be better & I wish the app was more modern looking/ easier to navigate.

First of all—I’ve been buying and selling on PM for 10 years. I love finding a deal and giving my old clothes new life. Most of the sellers are fabulous and I’m rarely let down. HOWEVER! Beware of leaving an honest review if any item that does not arrive as described. Poshmark WILL allow the seller to berate you and call you a liar, a lowballer, and tacky with no repercussions. I purchased a handbag that absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke and when I still gave the seller 4/5 stars and noted the smell as the reason, this is what happened to me. Also note that the seller OFFERED the bag to me at the price I paid and I accepted THEIR offer—in no way did I lowball them. This seller sent me the most vile message and when I reported it to Poshmark, the support team simply told me to return the item, missing the entire point. I wanted the item. I was willing to clean it. I was not asking for a full or partial refund. I simply provided honest feedback and was subjected to a paragraph of verbal abuse by the seller. Poshmark did issue me a courtesy refund (WHICH I DID NOT WANT OR ASK FOR—even with the smell I thought the price was fair; it’s just something that should have been disclosed) but is still allowing this seller to operate on their platform, presumably sending unhinged DMs to any buyer who leaves a sub-5 star review. Really disappointing. Poshmark should not incentivize sellers to berate their customers, and customers should feel empowered to leave honest feedback so others know who to purchase and not purchase from. I definitely feel less confident purchasing through PM after this.

I realized my profile was suspended and I wasn't given a reason or a notification. Everything was legit. Luckily there are better selling apps. This one has lots of bots

This is a good sight to sell things on but i wish the way to receive payment was easier to understand as a newbie on the app.

You never know what somebody else wants or needs. Great place to post anything from your closet basement attic or garage that someone may be looking for. So far, so good set your own price make some money. I say if it don’t make DOLLARS!! It don’t make CENTS!!

a really good app to purchase clothing but there’s too many notifications. i get one every hour or so and it gets annoying after a while
