All I want is mileage tracking and income syncing and now we got to pay for income syncing? Those should be basic free functions to get people to use the app. Now if I’m trying to access other info (airport schedules) then I can understand paying for that future. SMH

Didn't work off the get

Tried to sync DD said I had no past earnings And I'm not granting location when I'm not using app so it won't let me use it at all... why do you need to know where I am when I'm not working

Too Expensive

Drivers are getting completely annihilated from perpetual inflation across all expenses and here comes Gridwise to pile on.

Thank you for your honest feedback. The introduction of our new Plus and Basic plans was not an easy decision. Over the past year the cost of maintaining certain key features, like linked earnings, has unfortunately more than doubled and we realized that we had to align our costs with the goal of providing a great product. Our goal is to meet the needs of our diverse users (and the ever-changing gig market) while providing the service and support you've come to expect from us. Your success remains our top concern, and we’re going to keep improving Gridwise to meet that goal.
Our Basic plan will continue to offer key features at no cost such as mileage tracking (with our shift tracker), manual earnings & expense tracking, and insights. While our plus plan offers enhanced features like our new automatic mileage tracker (no need to toggle the shift tracker on/off) and earnings syncing for those who are interested.

Tax Prep is MUCH Easier

My tax person has worked with other gig workers, and thanked me for being so well prepared. The app is simple to use, and give me good stats I can use on my performance.
Festure request; I independently teach English online, and would like to be able to record it in the app, as it’s basically another ‘gig’.

Automatic mileage tracking could use some tweaking

The automatic mileage tracking could use some work since it is does not know when you begin or end a shift unlike when tracked manually. When I used it and to manually edited it, instead of telling me it was done it left it up to review it instead of adding it to the total mileage and the only action left was deleting it.

Hi Adam, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. The automatic mileage tracker is our newest feature that we are constantly working on improving.
Currently, when you edit mileage in your Review Mileage inbox the entry will not automatically save.
To save the entry please follow these steps:
1. Tap on Review Mileage on the Earnings tab.
2. Tap on the mileage entry you need to edit.
3. Edit Mileage or hours as needed.
4. Tap save in the upper right corner.
5. You will be brought back to Review Mileage from here you can swipe the entry complete right to save.

Free feature is now monthly subscription

Earnings tracking, the most useful and important part of the app, has become a monthly subscription. App is mostly useless now unless you pay the monthly fee. Will be uninstalling

PLUS MEMBERSHIP 👎

I upgraded to Plus Membership and have it set to automatically track my my miles. But it's NOT! I get updates with earnings on each of my gigs. And even though all my settings are correct it WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY track my mileage. I could track it manually but then what's the point of paying for plus membership? And the "help center" is no help at all.

Used to be great. Took away earnings syncing capabilities unless you pay a monthly fee. Greedy tech at its best taking from gig workers who have already taken pay cuts when big corporations cash in big. Use gigs to fund your business and education and get out asap. UI is too busy not user friendly. How do I remove Uber auto sync so I can manually enter my earnings? Cannot find it.

To start manually entering your Uber earnings you just need to switch to manual entry by following these steps:
1. Tap on your profile picture in the upper left corner.
2. Under Services, choose the service you want to switch.
3. In the Data Source section, tap on the circle next to Manually Entered.
4. You'll see a check mark appear in the circle next to Manually Entered, indicating it's now active.
5. Repeat these steps for each gig service you want to switch.
Please note that when you switch from linked earnings to manually entered earnings, you won't be able to see previously synced earnings. But don't worry, you can always switch back to a linked account to view that information again.
