Took me too long to figure out how to use my gift card from an returned item I purchased, I figured it would come right up in the app once I logged in, which would have made it much easier to use.

I did enjoy using the app but I had a coupon and the app wouldn’t explain why it won’t work. Coupon is not expired!

I have been using the app to purchase my Adidas products. I purchased enough products to receive a discount. But the discount doesn't apply to the products I want to purchase.
Rewards discount was a huge let down.

App and Adidas service was pristine until they changed to a new operator laat november. Since then the app is down very often, content doesn’t load and says that there isn’t internet connection…
If had an issue with a order, some rude analysis will ensure nothing gets resolved and there are no supervisor or anyway to complain and get answers. Complete disaster.

I returned and item that was too small.
Great experience during the return process.
Every thing went smoothly and I purchased a different pair.
