it takes one gazillion hours to get one heart fr becaus when I wait and i come it still wait 2 hours over and over

I have loved doing Duolingo for 18 months now, however in January I was catapulted ahead in my Learning. It was terrible. I didn’t know the words and I struggled for 3 months. I asked for help and sent emails. No one cared!! I eventually deleted my account and restarted German. I am now redoing the whole course!!! I’m afraid I will no longer be telling people about Duolingo. You after sales service doesn’t exist
