The app freezes and doesn't show chats. When i restart the phone it's getting better for a while and then stops working again. Tried to reinstall it still doesn't work.

I am very disappointed from Viber using it with years, they have blocked my account without reason and receive a message “account blocked because of spam or unusual activity “ that’s completely stupid because there is no any kind of spam or anything at all. Using it only to chat with my friends and family…. Totally frustrated

I am using an iPhone 15 Pro and the application has not opened for 2 weeks. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, same problem.

Desktop version is working poorly.

0 stars because of the hour I spend to uncheck all the “Trusted partners” (they are thousands) in Manage Ad Preferences…it gives you only option to allow them all and continue initially, no option to dissallow them all at one time though…a trick to make you give up unchecking those…Makes you wonder what all of these can do with your information/location etc.
Also huge minus- no option to change viber call/message tune to a custom one from your phone.

Last 6 months I don’t get my messages when the phone is locked. After unlock and enter the app, then everything written is delivered.
Regularly updated app + OS. Device: iPhone 15 pro.
