This app is one the most consistently terrible apps that exist, which would be fine, except:
A) it’s the only app you can use for Reddit
B) Reddit should be capable of so much better considering it’s market share
I don’t know how, but the following bugs remain after years now:
A) Some videos will never ever load
B) Some videos will play, but randomly stop 75% of the way through and buffer for eternity
C) the slightest touch of the screen closest to your left hand will instantly yeet you away from where you are
D) at least a billion more, just check the subreddit
This was while using an iPhone 6, an iPhone 11 Pro Max and and iPhone 15 pro max. So you can’t blame the phone.

who tf scrolls sideways? i scroll for 2 min, forget that reddit scrolls sideways, i scroll down and then loose whatever i was doing. videos keep muting themselves without pressing anything. way to keep my scrolling at a minimum.

Reddit ist voller Pornografie,Mord und anderen verstörenden Inhalten! Es reicht auch aus, wenn man etwas ganz normales sucht, schon hat man gleich etwas gefunden, was nicht jugendfrei ist! Zudem ist die App sehr zensiert! Wenn man etwas sagt, was den Moderatoren nicht passt, kriegt man die Arschkarte und dann wird es als Hass markiert, auch wenn es gar keiner war! Und ganz wichtig noch: Reddit frisst viel Akku! Durch gescrollte Bananen und anderen live Aktivitäten wird im Hintergrund Strom verbraucht, trotz Stromsparmodus und das war auch der Grund warum mein Handy schnell leer war!
