I changed my phone but I tried logging in my new phone, I typed in my phone number but I have been waiting for verification code, sent several mails but no response. Please I need response.

I got banned for no reason, I only use my app for crypto related stuff and you can actually tell if someone is misusing the app. Imagine all information that I have there gone. Never to be recovered and once you’re banned it’s done, it’s over for you. Support zero, response to email zero, you appeal to recover account, no response at all, I mean it’s so painful. I hope you keep the account and never give it back. Imagine every one telling me telegram bans people’s accounts for no reason and you think that’s some good credibility? And you want more people on that platform? It’s funny trying to make the app a place where you can buy and sell crypto, and you go about banning number people who use your platform for good. Look this is painful. I’ll gently stay on twitter where people’s account doesn’t get banned without a warning. I no longer like this app. And for those newbies joining the platform your days on that app is numbered. Mark my words.

I lost my account some two years ago and I had to open another account. Is it possible to recover my old account as I have work stuff on there. Asides that, everything about this app is seamless. I navigate through the app easily. I rate it 5 star
