Aside from the vast majority of the time when this app works like garbage, it's an absolute delight. So much utility is right at your fingertips, but you'll wonder if you even have those sometimes.

Your WAWA app is sucky, I tried to submit feedback about an order, and it timed out. Besides that, there is no space to make special orders. There should be an area where people can leave a message. There is no way to get help with the app freezes.

The app opens and runs slow. The general UI is also very bad.

Get used to seeing "Sorry, something went wrong" when you try to use the app.
