Bugged Novaci level. Can't move forward to play next level, when the current level is bugged

It starts out boring, but very quickly devolves into stressful, unrewarding micromanagement hell with terrible controls. Do the devs think everyone has transparent fingers?

Finally a fun game that isn't like every other game already out there.
