I love this app but recently the tags keep getting deleted? And the cover arts keep disappearing ?? Can u fix this. It's really annoying. I had to reset the app and still it didn't work

This app doesn't help at all. For a very long time my internet speed's low and when I try to troubleshoot it says it doesn't understand the query !?? And if I live chat it's still a computer I'm talking to.. what's the point of making this app if you can't listen to your customers' problem
